Terms of Service
Last updated: May 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and supporting services made available by Laravel in connection with the Laravel mobile application (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The platform
Laravel provides a marketplace where registered vendors (including farmers and growers) may list products, and customers may browse and purchase. Shipping options may include refrigerated and standard delivery where offered by vendors or logistics partners.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum legal age and capacity required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate registration information and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Vendor obligations
Vendors must comply with applicable laws regarding food safety, labelling, weights and measures, taxes, and any licences required to sell their goods. Listings must be truthful. Vendors are responsible for fulfilment timelines and for packaging suitable for the shipping method selected (including cold chain where applicable).
4. Customers and orders
When you place an order through the app, you enter into a contract with the relevant vendor (and, where applicable, logistics providers) subject to the listing, checkout terms, and refund rules shown at purchase. Laravel may facilitate payments and communications but is not the seller of third-party goods unless expressly stated.
5. Fees and payments
Prices, fees, taxes, and payment methods are presented in the app. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. You authorise charges in accordance with the checkout flow.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with security or performance, scrape data in violation of these Terms, list illegal goods, harass users, or circumvent technical limits. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, and software are owned by Laravel or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Services as intended. Vendors grant a licence to display listing content as needed to operate the marketplace.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laravel and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Direct liability may be capped where permitted by law to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim (excluding amounts passed through to vendors).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laravel and its personnel against claims arising from your use of the Services, your listings, or your breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating the Services, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts or arbitration as required by your jurisdiction may have exclusive venue; replace this clause with counsel-approved wording for your company’s jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and adjust the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
13. Contact
For questions about these Terms, contact Laravel through the official support channel indicated in the app.
